Sample Policy

If you need a sample of a product before you can make a purchasing decision, we will be happy to accomodate your needs.

When a sample is requested, we collect full customer information to create a temporary invoice. If you return the sample(s) or place an order within 30 days, there is no charge and your temporary invoice will be discarded. In the event and order is not placed and the samples are not returned, you will be responsible for the end-column price plus shipping and handling for the items delivered.

We are aware that many of our competitors do have have restrictions in their sample policy, but this is one of the many ways we keep costs down and provide the lowest prices on our selection of products. This policy is in place to "weed out" those who only want a product for personal use as opposed to the intended purpose of a pre-purchase evaluation.
